Happy Holidays to All. Our tree is up and ready for decorations. I spent part of the day cooking fillings for our usual traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner of pierogi and borscht.
I hope everyone had a fabulous winter solstice yesterday.
I stopped and watched the ocean to celebrate the start to winter- it was 56 degrees and sunny.
This work is one of 4 works on their way to an exhibit in Belgium that opens mid-January.

Susan, Love the brilliant jewel colors in this one. Pierogi and borscht – mmmm! So loved your visit to my Open Studio! Cheers, Merry, Happy Christmas and 2014!
Susan…your beautiful watercolors are such a joy! This one is like a “celebration” of nature and its colorful, imaginative inhabitants. I love it – and love discovering all the little creatures looking through, above, and over the intricate, leaf designs. This is a feast for the eyes!!!
That’s exciting! What is the Belgium show about?
