Long Awaited $600 framed
Ink and Watercolor on Aquabord
I enjoyed making a commission for the year of the wood sheep so much that I decided to a do a second variation on the theme.
I love seeing the little lamb arriving in an airy basket. Babies bring such joy.
I recently received an Assets for Artists grant via Rhode Island State Council for the Arts. Today I attended a fabulous workshop they offered. I am developing a new business plan. I am energized and eager to tackle new projects and will be doing so with the support of this grant.
Our skies have been fabulous recently and I am gratefully admiring each evenings sunset.

This painting has sense of renewal, fresh like spring! Bravo!
Congratulations on your successes in so many areas. I cannot wait for you to tell us the results of the grant in regards to your art. Yes babies bring us joy and they do arrive in baskets. All the animals are joyful with the new birth.

Hi Susan, I love the richness of this work – it’s full of life without being “busy.” Congratulations, too, on receiving the grant. That’s wonderful news and well deserved, too!
